为了迎接[font=Times New Roman]2006[/font]中国国际钱江（海宁）观潮节，宣传古镇盐官别具风格的人文和自然景观，进一步拓展盐官景区的休闲旅游，推动各地定向运动深入开展，促进素质教育和全民健身活动。浙江海宁盐官景区管委会决定于[font=Times New Roman]2006[/font]年[font=Times New Roman]10[/font]月[font=Times New Roman]14[/font]日举行[font=Times New Roman]2006[/font]浙江海宁定向邀请赛。

　　[font=Times New Roman]2006[/font]年[font=Times New Roman]10[/font]月[font=Times New Roman]14[/font]日[font=Times New Roman]10[/font]：[font=Times New Roman]30[/font]在海宁市盐官观潮胜地公园举行
[font=Times New Roman]    [/font][b]五、竞赛项目和组别：[/b]
　　（一）竞赛项目：短距离赛
　　（二）组别：
　　[font=Times New Roman]1[/font]、高校男子精英组[font=Times New Roman]              2[/font]、高校女子精英组
　　[font=Times New Roman]3[/font]、高校男子普通组[font=Times New Roman]              4[/font]、高校女子普通组

[font=Times New Roman]5[/font]、高中男子组　　　　　　　　　[font=Times New Roman]6[/font]、高中女子组

[font=Times New Roman]7[/font]、初中男子组[font=Times New Roman]                  8[/font]、初中女子组

注：[font=Times New Roman] [/font]公开组必须为社会业余爱好者
　　[b]六、参加办法：[/b]
　　[font=Times New Roman]1[/font]、以学校、俱乐部、行业协会等为单位组队报名参赛，人数不限。各队报教练（兼领队）[font=Times New Roman]1[/font]名。
　　[font=Times New Roman]2[/font]、定向爱好者也可以以个人名义报名参赛。
　　[font=Times New Roman]3[/font]、参赛者要求品德良好，经医务部门检查证明身体健康者。

[b]七、竞赛办法：[/b]　　（一）比赛按定向运动规则实行。
　　（二）运动员出发方式由裁判组决定，出发顺序由计算机随机抽签决定。
　　（三）比赛时运动员必须穿运动服、鞋、佩戴号码布，持专用指北针独立完成比赛。
　　（四）[font=Times New Roman] [/font]在一天内完成（一场），雨具自备。
　　[b]八、名次录取与奖励：[/b]
　　（一）个人名次录取
　　高校男子精英、女子精英组各取前[font=Times New Roman]8[/font]名，高校男子普通、女子普通组；高中男子、女子组各取前[font=Times New Roman]16[/font]名，初中男子组、女子组各取前[font=Times New Roman]12[/font]名，公开组根据参赛人数而定。各组前六名发给证书和奖金，其余名次发给证书和奖品。　　

[b]九、仲裁、裁判员：[/b]
　　仲裁和裁判员由承办单位选派。
　　[b]十、处罚规定：[/b]
　　（一）凡有下列情况之一者成绩无效或取消比赛资格：
　　[font=Times New Roman]1[/font]、代表队成员私自出预备区者；
　　[font=Times New Roman]2[/font]、接受别人帮助或为别人提供帮助者，如指路、找点等。
　　[font=Times New Roman]3[/font]、比赛中使用交通工具、通讯工具者；
　　[font=Times New Roman]4[/font]、提前进入比赛场地，熟悉情况者；
　　[font=Times New Roman]5[/font]、比赛时教练（领队）未按规定去指定区域集中者；
　　[font=Times New Roman]6[/font]、运动员迟到，按比赛顺序下批运动员已出发；
　　[font=Times New Roman]7[/font]、比赛时丢失指卡、地图者；
　　[font=Times New Roman]8[/font]、比赛时间超过终点关闭时间者。
　　（二）其他处理：
　　[font=Times New Roman]1[/font]、比赛途中运动员因伤、病不能完成竞赛时，可自行退出比赛，退出比赛后应尽快向终点裁判员报告；
　　[font=Times New Roman]2[/font]、出发前运动员因故退出比赛，教练应向终点递交书面报告。
　　[b]十一、经费：[/b]
　　[font=Times New Roman]1[/font]、比赛所需费用由主办单位负责；
　　[font=Times New Roman]2[/font]、各队的食宿、差旅费自理；
　　[font=Times New Roman]3[/font]、收参赛费每人[font=Times New Roman]20[/font]元（含观潮公园门票），报到时各队交纳比赛指卡押金[font=Times New Roman]500[/font]元，以个人名义参赛的选手每人交纳指卡押金[font=Times New Roman]100[/font]元（押金在赛后完好交回指卡和号码布时退还）。
　　[b]十二、器材：[/b]
　　（一）指北针由参赛运动员自备（组委会将在报到点安排供应）。
　　（二）其他比赛器材（乐嘉电子）、地图由组织者提供。
